Shipping &amp; Returns

Delivery

Currently, we only deliver orders within the territory of Lithuania.
Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment.
Delivery methods and prices are indicated at checkout.
To order goods abroad, please contact us by email. We will assess delivery options and prices individually.
The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery and contact information. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Product Returns

You can return the product within 14 calendar days from the day of its receipt, without specifying a reason for the return.

To return a product, please email us and provide:

your first and last name;
order number;
the item to be returned.

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you return instructions and the address.

The returned product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, clean, with tags, original completeness, and packaging.

The customer may examine the product to the extent that it would be possible in a physical store.

The costs of returning a quality product are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the same payment method no later than within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return notification.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or a document confirming the dispatch of the shipment.
When returning an entire order, the standard delivery cost is also refunded. When returning only part of the order, the delivery cost is not refunded.

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us by email.

In the email, please provide the order number, describe the problem, and attach photos. We will cover the justified return costs of a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
